中文摘要	立足于广义信息资源认识,认为企业信息资源配置体系是由核心信息资源配置、信息设备配置、信息人员配置及企业内外部环境有机组成的整体系统．首先构建了企业信息资源配置体系的IDEFO模型,直观、清晰的描述出系统的内在机理和运行特征．在此基础上,总结了企业信息资源配置的战略流程,并针对流程中的关键或薄弱环节提出了相关思路与解决对策．; This dissertation explained that enterprise' s information resources allocation system is make up of key information resources allocation and information equipments disposing and information personnel allocation and in - or ex - factors of enterprises environments. IDEPO model is established in this dissertation through the systematic analytical method at first. On the basis of that, this dissertation summarized the whole procedure of enterprise' s information resource allocation. Through analyzed the key aspects in the procedure, this dissertation proposed the relevant thinking and solved countermeasures.
