中文摘要目的初步探讨超微粉碎对防风理化性质的影响。方法采用振动磨常温和低温(-5℃)粉碎,以激光粒度仪测定防风粉体和超微粉体的粒径分布,GXFTIR红外分析仪比较两者差别,采用HPLC法测定粉体中色原酮的含量。结果振动粉碎使防风粉体粒径显著减小,红外色谱图相同,超微粉色原酮含量稍增加。结论初步表明超微粉碎基本未造成防风成分的改变,有利于有效成分的溶出。; Objective Preliminary investigate the impact of Physical and Chemical Properties of Radix Saposhnikoviae during Ultrafine grinding.Methods Radix Saposhnikoviae ultrafine powder was prepared at room temperate and -5℃lower temperature by vibration mill,the particle size distribution of powders are measured using the BT-9300H laser particle sizer,analyze its infrared spectra as assaying,the content of chromone by HPLC.Results The particle size of Radix Saposhnikoviae was decreased,there is no difference between them by GXFTIR,the content of chromone was increased slightly.Conclusion It indicates that the content of chromone in Radix Saposhnikoviae powders were not affected by ultrafine Comminution,the dissolution amount of chromone in Radix Saposhnikoviae was increased.
