中文摘要由高能球磨法制备得Al_2O_3颗粒弥散分布于Cu颗粒基体上的Al_2O_3/Cu复合粉末,通过SPS烧结工艺制备Al_2O_3/Cu块体复合材料试样。通过Xrd分析、电导率测试、抗拉强度测试、密度测试、SEM形貌和断口分析、微区成分分析,研究了球磨不同时间25 min、30 min、60 min时复合粉末主要衍射晶面的半高峰宽变化以及Al_2O_3/Cu块体材料的组织和性能变化。结果表明:Cu前四个衍射面(111)、(200)、(220)、(311)的半高峰宽变化代表了球磨过程中晶粒细化引起的宽化与内应力应变变化引起的宽化过程;随着球磨时间的延长,1wt%Al_2O_3/Cu复合材料的致密度有所下降;导电性下降明显,结合组织观察分析原因为球磨中Fe杂质的引入使其导电性大幅降低;而材料的抗拉强度却随着球磨时间的延长不断提高,球磨60 min时1wt%Al_2O_3/Cu复合材料的抗拉强度达到310 MPa。经高能球磨+SPS烧结后,复合材料拉伸断裂方式为韧性断裂。; The composite powder that Al_2O_3 particle is dispersed on copper matrix is prepared by high energy ball milling at first.Then the 1wt%Al_2O_3/Cu composite is fabricated by spark plasma sintering(SPS).The full width at half maximum (FWHM) of Al_2O_3/Cu composite powder and microstructure and properties of composite samples which have been experienced different milling time of 25 min,30 min,and 60 min are studied by the tests of Xrd,electric conductivity,tensile strength,density,the morphology and fracture analysis by SEM and the element analysis of micro-area.The results show that the change of FWHM at(111),(200),(220),(311)diffraction crystal planes represents the decrease of grain size and the change of inner stress among the grains.The relative density declines with the increase of milling time.The electric conductivity decreases dramatically for reason that impurities such as iron element from steel ball are knocked down during milling process.The tensile strength increases up to 310 MPa after the composite powder is milled 60 min.The fracture mechanism of the 1wt%Al_2O_3/Cu composite under the tensile stress is ductile.
