中文摘要采用碳纳米管作为吸收剂、以发展比较成熟的环氧树脂作为基体,研究碳纳米管/环氧树脂复合隐身涂层材料的制备、性能表征及隐身机理。通过扫描电镜观察经过超声处理的碳纳米管分散效果良好。采用数字化网络分析仪对该复合涂层材料的吸波性能进行测试,结果表明:当碳纳米管含量低于一定阈值时,介电常数变化不大;当碳纳米管含量高于这一阈值时,介电常数随碳纳米管含量增加而增大;当复合涂层厚度一定时,随着碳纳米管含量的增大,隐身涂层材料的反射率逐渐减小。通过模拟计算表明:当碳纳米管含量一定时, 增加涂层厚度,吸波峰会明显向低频方向移动,但是吸波峰值变化不大。; In this work, CNTs is taken as the absorbent and epoxy resin is taken as the matrix, and fabrication , properties and stealthy mechanisms of CNTs/ polymer stealthy coating materials have been investigated. The microstructure of Carbon nanotubes was characterized by SEM, and the microwave absorption properties were studied by the microwave network analyzer. It was found that the CNTs were dispersed very well after ultrasonic treatment; when the content of CNTs is lower than a threshold value, permittivity changed unobviously; when the content of CNTs is higher than the threshold value, permittivity increased as the content increases; the sample with the same thickness but higher content of CNTs had the lower reflection loss; according to the simulation, the reflection loss will become lower as the thickness increasing.
