中文摘要利用环块式摩擦磨损试验机,测定了纳米ZrO2陶瓷试块与GCr15钢试环对磨的摩擦磨损性能,并与45号钢试块做了对比实验。在自制股骨头磨损实验装置上,做了纳米ZrO2陶瓷股骨头与超高分子量聚乙烯髋臼的对磨实验,并与Co-Cr-Mo 合金股骨头做了对比试验。结果表明:ZrO2陶瓷比45号钢与GCr15钢对磨的摩擦因数值减少37.3%,其磨损量仅为45号钢磨损量的0.76%。与ZrO2陶瓷股骨头对磨的髋臼磨损量是与Co-Cr-Mo合金股骨头对磨的髋臼磨损量的61.5%。纳米ZrO2 陶瓷具有良好的减磨耐磨特性,是制备人工髋关节股骨头假体的理想材料。; By using the ring-on-block device, the friction and wear behavior of GCr15 steel ring against nano-ZrO2 ceramic block has been studied. At the same time, the friction and wear test of GCr15 steel ring against 45# steel block has also been conducted for comparison. By using self-made device for the friction and wear testing of hip joints, the friction test of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) socket against nano-ZrO2 ceramic femoral head has been done, the friction test of UHMWPE socket against Co-Cr-Mo alloy femoral head has also been made for comparison. The result shows that the coefficient of friction of GCr15 steel ring against nano-ZrO2 ceramic block is 37.3% less than that against 45# steel block, the wear weight loss of nano-ZrO2 ceramic block is only 0. 76% of that of 45# steel block. The wear weight loss of UHMWPE socket against nano-ZrO2 ceramic femoral head is 61.5% of that against Co-Cr-Mo alloy femoral head. This indicates nano-ZrO2 ceramic has good wear resistance property and is the ideal materials for artificial femoral head.; 教育部留学基金资助
