中文摘要<正>Tin dioxide (SnO2), with a room temperature bandgap of-3.6 eV, has received intensive interest for its applications in solar cells, catalysis, and transparent electrodes, especially in combustible and toxic gas detection devices (gas sensors). It has been reported that the gas-sensing property can be improved by doping various transition metal oxides and rare earth oxides. As shown in our recent paper, weakly-agglomerated nanocrystalline (SnO2)1-x(Sc2O3)x(x=0-0.60) powders with high surface area (170-220 m2/g) and uniform size (3-4 nm) were synthesized for the first time by a two-step hydrothermal process and the correlation between the structure/texture and the sensitivity to CO has been established. In this paper we have studied the impedance evolution of SnO2:Sc2O3 based sensors versus working temperature, under dry air or/and different concentration of CO.; 中国博士后科学基金(2003033063) 国家自然科学基金项目(50274045)
