中文摘要介绍了国内外污泥干化设备的研究进展、常用工艺类型及其工作原理,分析了各种工艺设备的优、缺点及技术难点,归纳总结了污泥干燥设备选型和开发过程中的关键技术点。强调能耗和系统安全性是衡量污泥干燥设备的关键因素,其中能耗应从热源和干燥工艺两方面入手,采取相应的技术手段来降低热损失以提高干燥效率;对于污泥干燥设备安全性的控制,则应从降低粉尘浓度和含氧量两方面考虑。; The research progress of sludge drying equipment,common drying process types and their working principle at home and abroad were introduced.The advantages,disadvantages and technical difficulties of different drying processes and equipment were analyzed.The key technical mains during the type selection and development of sludge drying equipment were summarized.It was put forward that energy consumption and system security were the key factors for drying equipment selection and design.For the energy consumption,the heat source and drying process should be considered,and the heat loss should be decreased using the relevant technical means to improve the drying efficiency;for the control of the security,consideration should be given to reducing dust concentration and oxygen content.; 清华大学基础研究基金资助项目(JC2003010)
