中文摘要本文采用物质流[1]和生命周期相结合的分析框架,对北京市道路交通的环境压力进行了分析。结果显示,2003年北京市道路交通活动引起的物质投入达到864万吨/年,物质产出达到854万吨/年,其中私人轿车和出租车占了81%,并且物质流主要发生在车辆运行中的燃料燃烧。根据物质流初步测算,为减少居民道路交通的环境压力,本文建议,应着重提高出租车和私人轿车的燃料效率,降低出租车的空驶率,以塑料替代私人轿车中的钢材,鼓励人们乘坐公交车和骑自行车。; This paper analyzes the environmental pressure of the road transportation in Beijing in a framework,which integrates both material flow analysis [1] and life cycle assessment.The results show that the material input and output of the road transportation in Beijing in 2003 is 8,640,000 tons/year and 8,540,000 tons/year respectively,and 81% of the total material flow is caused by personal cars and taxies,moreover the main material flows happened in the fuel combustion during the running of vehicles.According to the primary material flow account,four measures are recommended to reduce the environmental pressure of citizens’ road transportation: increasing the combustion efficiency of personal cars and taxies,reducing the ineffective running of taxies,substituting steel with plastic when producing personal cars,and encouraging people to use buses and bicycles.; 高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金资助课题“区域物质代谢分析模型与方法”(20050003039)
