中文摘要	为了对水环境功能区划的水质、水量、水环境容量、功能区划目标、污染源等进行信息化动态管理,建立了一个信息系统的空间管理和分析系统。该系统基于地理信息系统(GIS),采用数据库关联连接技术,集成空间数据库、属性数据库和关系数据库于一体,对数据进行空间分析和判断。将符合质量要求的水环境信息数据导入到数据库中,实现数据的动态更新。采用专题地图渲染生成方法,对信息数据进行可视化显示。该系统可为区域水环境综合管理及规划提供依据。; A spatial analysis and decision-making system was developed for data describing the water condition in various regions to improve the management of water quality,quantity,environmental capacity,regional distribution,and pollution source.The system uses the GIS(geographic information system) and database management.Spatial data management,the attribute data management,and the relational database management are integrated into the spatial analysis and decision-making.New,high quality data is imported into the attribute database to dynamically renew the database.The data is visualized using a thematic map rendering method.Thus,the system provides the basis for synthetic management and planning of regional water environments.
