The MWTPPES was based on an expert system which could be used to identify potential problems that affect the system efficiency, effectiveness, energy consumption and material consumption, and stability. The system used audits to analyze the long-term monitoring data and to evaluate the plant stability and effectiveness. The conclusions from the MWTPPES analysis agree well with independent experts, which demonstrates the reliability of the MWTPPES. |
