中文摘要采用无机超滤膜对垃圾填埋场渗沥液进行预处理,探讨了pH、浓缩倍数、操作压差、膜面流速、温度、运行时间等过程参数对垃圾填埋场渗沥液预处理效果和膜通量的影响。结果表明:渗沥液pH的改变直接影响无机超滤膜表面的电性,从而与无机离子和腐殖酸共同作用,引起膜通量和去除率的变化;无机超滤膜通量随操作压差和膜面流速的增加而增大,但由于浓差极化和凝胶层的影响,存在临界压差和流速。较优的运行参数为pH处于中性偏酸的范围,6.5~7.0效果较佳;操作压差不宜超过0.4MPa,一般选择0.34MPa,膜面流速3.5~4.0m/s。; The pretreatment process of landfill leachate by using inorganic ultrafiltration membrane was studied. The effects of parameters, such as pH, concentration multiple,transmembrane pressure, tangential velocity, temperature, operating time on the quality of the permeation and the flux of the membrane were investigated. The experiment results indicated that change of pH value can influence surface electrical property of inorganic membrane, with common action of the humic acid and inorganic ion,causing change of the flux of the membrane and removal rate. The results also showed that the flux of the membrane increases with increasing transmembrane pressure and tangential velocity, but critical transmembrane pressure and tangential velocity were resulted by concentration polarization and gel layer. The optimum process conditions were decided:transmembrane pressure not more than 0. 4 MPa, normally about 0. 34 MPa; tangential velocity 3.5-4.0 m/s; pH of the solution in the range of weak acid, best from 6.5 to 7.0.
