中文摘要本文首先回顾了石化企业炼油、化工生产计划建模优化软件的发展历程,指出了现有软件存在的一些问题。在此基础上介绍了石化企业炼油、化工生产计划图形建模优化系统-GIOPIMS(Graphic I/O Petro-chemical Industry Modeling System)的功能和特点。着重介绍了该系统丰富的图形编辑、组态、建模以及强大的无可行解和不合理解的诊断等功能。使用该系统, 可以使用户完全不必从繁琐的数学公式或数据表格出发,而是从画超结构的生产流程,直接得到生产计划优化模型,优化各种生产计划方案,提高了石化企业排产的效率,适应市场的快速变化。实例应用表明,该系统能得到最优的生产计划结果,可信度高。; A development history review of Petro-chemical Industry production plan optimization softwares has been made and some problems has been indicated existing in these softwares. A Graphic I/O Petro-chemical Industry Modeling System, developed recently and applied to petro-chemical corporation, is introduced in this paper. The system includes many important functions such as graphic edit, configuration of super-structure, graphic modeling for Petro-chemical Industry plan, and analytical tools for infeasible models and inconsequential solution. Using the system for optimal plan, It is main work to draw a petro-chemical topological flowsheet only and do not face any mathematical formulations, so it is very easy to create model of production plan and greatly reduce run times especially for large and degenerate infeasible problems. The real application results show that a solution of optimal production plan obtained from the GIOPIMS is reliable.; 国家自然科学基金资助项目(20235020,20175036)
