中文摘要搅拌混合是化学工业中重要的单元操作之一,在反应体系属于混合过程控制步骤(反应速度相对较快),或是有副反应发生的情况下,混合过程就成为影响反应产率和选择性等的重要因素。本文以萘酚与对氨基苯磺酸重氮盐在稀水溶液中的耦合反应作为研究体系,采用计算流体力学(CFD)软件 CFX5.6对搅拌反应器中的半间歇操作过程进行了数值模拟,研究了反应转化率随时间的变化规律。同时,研究了加料位置、搅拌桨转速和搅拌桨位置对反应过程的影响。研究表明,加强操作前期的混合对于降低副产物的生成,增加目标产物产率具有重要的意义。加料位置是影响混合程度,进而影响反应选择性和产率的重要因素。本研究方法还可以推广到其他反应体系,以实现对这些过程的模拟仿真。; Mixing is one of the most commonly used and most important unit operations in chemical industry.The mixing process is one of the most important factors which will have a deep impact on the yield,selectivity of the fast reaction system,especially when there are competing reactions existed or mixing is the restriction process during the operation.The diazo coupling between 1-naphthol and diazotized sulfanilic acid at room temperature and pH 10 was used to study the influence of mixing on the product distribution of fast,competitive-consecutive reactions.With the CFD software CFX5.6,numerical simulation of a whole semi-batch operation process in a stirred tank reactor was conducted.The relationship between yield and time was simulatied and it was found that,it is especially effective to enhance the overall yield by intensifying the mixing during the earlier period.Various operation parameters such as stirring speed,addition position,and blade position were analyzed to establish their relationship with the yield of the reaction system.It was found that,for the reaction system we worked on,the impact of the stirring speed and blade position is not as obvious as that of the addition position.The latter one is the key parameter which will affect the mixing process and consequently impact the selectivity and yield of the process.
