中文摘要为制造具有抗老化性能的加氢饱和型苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(SBS)橡胶,在设计加氢反应器时,需要了解氢气在SBS与环己烷乳液中的摩尔溶解度。采用磁力搅拌高压釜和直接取样法,实验测定了在温度为323.15~423.15 K和压强为10 MPa的条件下,氢气在SBS共聚物-环己烷溶液中以摩尔分数表示的溶解度。结果表明:氢气在SBS乳液中的摩尔溶解度随着温度、压强和SBS共聚物浓度的提高而增加。氢气的摩尔溶解度和氢气的分压成线性规律。从试验数据得到了描述Henry常数与温度关系的经验方程。; The hydrogen molar solubilities in styrene-ethylene-stryrene(SBS) block copolymer+cyclohexane solutions were measured for hydrogenation reactors,in which SBS rubber was hydrogenated into a saturation-type copolymer to make SBS rubber having anti-ageing ability.The experiments used a magnetically stirred autoclave with direct sampling,at temperatures of 323.15423.15 K and pressures up to 10 MPa.The results show that the hydrogen molar solubility in SBS block copolymer+cyclohexane increases with increasing temperature,pressure,and molar concentration of the SBS polymer in the cyclohexane solvent.The hydrogen molar solubility is proportional to the hydrogen partial pressure.An empirical equation was used to correlate the Henry constant with temperature from the experimental data.
