中文摘要采用叠层热压成型的方法制备了板状PA6/PP梯度材料,其宏观组成一定,PA6/PP/PP-g-(GMA-co-St)的比例为50∶42∶8。DSC测试结果表明,材料沿截面方向组分形成了梯度分布。材料性能测试结果表明,在所制备的系列梯度材料中,通过对组分分布的梯度化设计,在保证材料拉伸屈服、冲击性能的同时良好地控制和改善了材料的弯曲性能、吸水性能和表面性能等。; Polyamide 6 and polypropylene were used to prepare a series of gradient materials.GMA grafted polypropylene was added as compatilizer.DSC was used to confirm the components gradient in the materials.The experiment results showed that many properties and functions such as bending strength,water absorption and surface property for the component fixed materials could be controlled through material gradient design.And at the same time the gradient material could still remain good yield strength in tension and impact property.
