中文摘要将石化企业的生产计划与装置的操作工艺作为两个等级进行优化集成,从而构成了一个带有信息反馈通道的闭环系统。在分析了该系统基本内容的基础上,提出了相应的优化集成策略:利用GIOPIMS优化得到生产计划,采用过程模拟软件求取实现计划指标的装置操作条件,经过决策-检验-修正-决策的循环求解过程,实现生产计划和装置操作工艺的优化集成。以炼油厂初馏塔为例介绍了该闭环系统的优化集成过程。; A closed loop system with information feedback consisted of production planning and process operation of unit was optimized and integrated as two ranks in petrochemical industry.Based on the analysis of the elementary contents of the system,a strategy of optimal integration was proposed.The production planning was obtained by GIOPIMS optimization,and seeking the unit operating condition for realizing the planning target by using the process simulation software.The optimal integration of production planning and the process operation were realized undergoing the cycling solution of determination, examination,alteration and determination.Optimal integration of the close loop system was successfully applied in a prefractionator of refinery.
