中文摘要本文首先分析了目前国内外化工高等教育遇到的问题和挑战,提出应当从化学工程学科理念创新的角度来认识化工并引领学生了解、热爱和献身化工。进而回顾了化学工程学科范式和内容的演进,讨论了当前化工学科发展面临的机遇和重要前沿问题,着重分析了目前化工高等教育在课程设置、教学模式和师资队伍方面存在的问题并提出了解决建议,特别是如何通过课程创新来启发学生发现问题的能力和以多学科交叉的方式解决问题的能力。; This paper starts with a brief survey on the chemical engineering education at home and abroad,from which the problems and challenges are pointed out.The authors argue that an innovated recognition of the essential role of this engineering discipline in the context of human efforts towards a better life,the reorganization the curriculum that meet the demands of today's engineering practice and the way in teaching are the important factors to attract young talents and to direct their efforts towards the renaissance of chemical engineering.A brief overview of the development of chemical engineering disciplinary paradigm is outlined,followed by the discussion on the current curriculum, the way to teach and the organization of faculties,which are the fundamentals in the university education.Examples are given to the problem-oriented courses which may inspire students to identify and solve the problem under a multidisciplinary background.
