中文摘要为了提高碲锌镉探测器γ谱解析的精度,将直接解调法应用于γ谱重建算法研究。γ谱的测量是谱仪系统对γ射线的调制过程,针对一维γ谱的特点建立了调制方程的响应函数矩阵,分析了本底和噪声的影响及其处理方法,对实测谱构成的单峰和重峰进行重建。结果表明,重建γ谱能量分辨率比原始测量谱提高了5~6倍,能把峰位相距一个半高宽、峰面积比100¨1的重峰完全分离,弱峰的寻峰率显著提高。直接解调法具有很强的抑制噪声能力,尤其适合在统计性较差的野外测量的能谱重建中应用。; A γ spectra reconstruction algorithm was developed using the direct demodulation method to improve γ spectra analysis precision.The γ spectra measurement process was seen as the modulation of energy spectra from radioactive isotopes by γ-ray spectrometers.The modulation equation response matrix and the influence of background and noise were incorporated into the direct demodulation analysis of single and overlapped peaks in measured γ spectra.The results show that the method improves the energy resolution of cadmium zinc telluride γ spectra 56 times.The overlapped peaks,with peak intervals of one FWHM(full width at half maximum) and peak area ratio of 100∶1,can be separated entirely.The method is insensitive to noise,so it is especially useful for reconstructing γ spectra measured with cadmium zinc telluride detectors in the field which the spectra statistics are not optional.
