中文摘要介绍了在瞬态高强度辐射场中精确获取ns量级的单次快脉冲的意义,分析了采集这类电脉冲信号的技术难点,并针对其难点设计了一种能精确获取其信号全波形的高速采集系统。系统的采样率为1 Gs/s,模拟输入带宽最大500MHz,8位分辨率,采样点数可达3×105以上,通过其内部独特的自触发式提前采样设计,能对瞬态脉冲的快前沿实现精确的定时和完整的采集。最后,对研制完成的系统进行了信号完整性测试和性能标定,并对前后沿均为5 ns,脉宽10 ns的单次脉冲进行采集,从实验结果可知,该脉冲信号的前沿部分被完整地记录下来,并且脉冲的波形几乎没有产生畸变。; A precise acquisition method was developed for the nanosecond transient signals in pulsed radiation fields.A high-speed sampling system was designed to precisely reassure the entire waveform of these signals.This 8 bit system has a 1 Gs/s sampling rate,500 MHz analog input bandwidth and a large memory space of over 300 kB.This system accurately recognizes the rising-edge of the transient signal through "forward sampling" without a trigger signal.The dynamic characteristics of the system have been evaluated with a transient signal having 5 ns rise time and fall times and a pulse width of 10 ns.The entire rising edge of the signal was recorded with no noticeable distortion.; 国家“八六三”高技术项目(2007AA01Z275)
