中文摘要安全保护系统的设计是有源电力滤波器实用化的一项关键技术。并联型有源电力滤波器的安全保护体系可以划分为所用绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)自身保护、系统异常和故障条件下的紧急保护以及正常工作时的预防保护三大部分。对三相四线制四桥臂有源电力滤波器的预防保护措施进行了深入研究,提出了一套简单、有效的投入流程和2种输出电流限幅算法。仿真和实验表明了这些保护措施的有效性,能够使得有源电力滤波器在保证自身安全的前提下充分发挥补偿作用。; The design of the security and protection system is the key technology in the application of the active power filter(APF).The security and protection system for shunt APF can be divided into three parts,the insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT)self-protection technique,APF safeguard measures in abnormal and fault situations as well as APF defend measures in normal situations.A simple and effective start-up process and two output current limiting algorithms are proposed based on an in-depth research on the preventive protection for the three-phase four-wire four-leg shunt APF.Simulation and experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of these protection measures that enable the APF protection system to have its role of compensation brought into full play while ensuring its own security.
