中文摘要随着天然气管道铺设越来越多,输送气体压力不断提高,在役天然气管道的安全运行问题受到广泛关注。在管道腐蚀缺陷无损检测技术较为成熟后,天然气管道检测技术的研究重点逐渐转到如何对裂纹缺陷更有效、更准确的检测上。针对天然气长输管道裂纹检测的技术特点和难点,综述了天然气长输管道裂纹缺陷的无损检测方法及其发展趋势,重点分析电磁超声、远场涡流和漏磁检测等方法的特点和不足,探讨利用激光超声和磁致伸缩方法检测天然气长输管道裂纹的可行性,并介绍现有裂纹类缺陷检测信号的定量解释方法和存在的问题,指出加强具有自主知识产权的长输管道裂纹检测技术研究,探索裂纹缺陷定量评价方法的重要性。; With the natural gas pipelines being used widely and the transmitted gas pressure continuously increasing, the quality evaluation of the in-served pipelines are getting more and more attention. Since the nondestructive testing (NDT) technique for the pipeline corrosion defects have gradually come into maturity, the research interests have been focused on how to detect cracks in-line effectively and accurately. According to the difficulties and technology characteristics for gas pipeline cracks inspection, some NDT techniques and their research trends, all of which can be used to test the gas pipeline cracks and crack-like defects, are reviewed respectively. The advantages and shortcomings of the electromagnetic acoustic transducers (EMAT), remote field eddy current (RFEC) and magnetic flux leakage are mainly analyzed, and the feasibility using the laser ultrasonic and the magnetostrictive effect to inspect the pipeline cracks are also discussed. Some quantitative interpretation methods for the crack signals are introduced, and the necessity to develop some effective inspection techniques and quantitative evaluation methods for cracks are presented finally.; 国家自然科学基金资助项目(编号:50305017); 中国博士后科学基金资助项目(编号:2005038317)。
