中文摘要	在贯彻落实《国家电网公司实训基地建设指导意见》的基础上,提出调度运行仿真实训基地建设规划。分析江西电网调度系统人员现状,提出优化整合现有调度培训资源,建设江西电网调度仿真实训基地、电网调度通用实训室及相应的培训考核评价体系、资料管理平台等,并对实训基地建设方案进行了详细的阐述。对推进调度实训基地建设、技能人才队伍建设和高技术人才培养等方面提供有效的借鉴。; On the guideline of the "Guiding Opinions on Training Base Construction" ordained by the State Grid Corporation, this paper proposed a scheme for promoting the construction of training base for dispatchers.Based on analysis of the staff status in Jiangxi power dispatch center and optimization of the existing dispatch-training resources, the construction scheme of dispatch-training base for Jiangxi power grid was discussed in the paper, which included the building of general dispatch-training room, corresponding training evaluation system, information management platform, and so on.The scheme in this paper can provide beneficial references for other provincial grid corporations in the process of dispatch-training base construction.
