中文摘要随着社会的信息化,雷电灾害体现了与以往不同的特点。针对我国一直缺乏全国范围内雷害统计分析的现状,依据1998~2004年全国雷电灾害事故不完全统计数据,分析了事故总体情况、变化趋势和雷灾的地域性分布,并进行了事故的分类统计与比较。研究结果表明,雷害事故呈现逐年增加的趋势;每百万人因雷击死亡的为0.3,与美国80年代的统计数据0.34相近;华南沿海地区雷灾事故频繁,占我国总事故的42%,而其中又以广东与福建省事故最多。总结发现,事故的新特点是受灾行业扩大,事故损失增加。; The objective is to examine the new characteristic of the struck-by-lightning accidents in modern information world in China.On the basis of the annual statistic of struck-by-lightning accidents during 1998~2004 in most areas of China,which is published by Chinese Meteorological Society since 1998,the summary and categorization of all related accidents are presented,and the lightning-related casualty is also analyzed.Based on the above analysis,It is found that a total of 2 684 struck-by-lightning deaths have occurred during 1998-2004(an average annualized rate of 0.30 deaths per million persons),which is compatible with the number of 0.34 during 1980s of the 20th century in the United States.The lightning activity changes greatly in temporal and spatial scales.And it is also found that great differences exist in various regions for both the flash rate and flash intensity.The regional distribution of lightning is also checked,and it is found that coastal regions of South China especially in Guangdong and Fujian province are the most severe regions,where the accidents account for 42% of the total lightning-related damages.Besides,with the development of the electrization times,the application of more and more classified electrical and electronic equipment brings new problems.New characteristics of the lightning accidents in the modern information society are analyzed;At the same time,the lightning-related stricken vocation and the loss are increasing more and more quickly.
