中文摘要对于永磁同步电动机中永磁体的发热及温升,快速准确地分析永磁体的涡流损耗是其关键问题所在。用场路紧密耦合方法,建立了考虑永磁体分割的三维有限元模型,对一台在脉宽调制(PWM)逆变器驱动下的30kW/50Hz表贴式永磁同步电动机进行仿真研究,分析了其气隙旋转磁场、电枢电流,以及在不同载波频率下永磁体的涡流损耗。研究表明:在载波谐波作用下,永磁体的涡流损耗比在正弦电压驱动下大幅增加,并将引起更大的温升。输入电流波形、转矩和功率平衡关系等试验结果表明,该分析方法能准确计算出永磁体的涡流损耗,为下一步的温升研究奠定了基础。; For the investigation of temperature rise in permanent magnets of permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM), it is necessary to analyze eddy current loss in permanent magnets efficiently and accurately. In this paper, a tight coupled field-circuit method is used to simulate the eddy currents in the divided magnets on the 3D model of a 30 kW/50 Hz surface PMSM driven by a PWM inverter. The input current and rotating magnetic field in air gap are calculated, and the eddy current loss in magnets with various switching frequencies is investigated. Simulation results indicate that owing to the influence of carrier harmonics the eddy current loss becomes substantially larger than that of the PMSM driven by a sinusoidal voltage supply. The measured waveform of the input current, the value of the torque and the power balance verify the validity of the analysis.; 日本三菱重工基金项目资助(07-13)
