中文摘要从不同时间尺度上对高压三电平变频器的滤波升压系统进行数学建模,在秒级的时间尺度上主要研究该负载在不同负载稳态运行时的滤波情况,在毫秒级的时间尺度上主要研究故障时从变频切到工频时的电机过渡过程,从微秒级的尺度上研究了负载切换时缓冲吸收电路的能量过渡过程。同时由于变频器向该系统注入了大量的高频分量,为此建立了变压器高频分布模型,以评估变压器分布电容对全系统的影响。实验结果表明了模型和分析方法的有效性。; The set-up transforming and filtering devices in the high voltage three-level inverter at different timescales are modeled. The filtering performance under different load conditions is investigated at the second timescale. The transient process during which motor is switched from inverter to the power network is researched at the millisecond timescale and the energy dissipating in the snubber circuit is analyzed at the microsecond timescale. There is much high order harmonics from the inverter, so the high frequency model of the step-up transformer is established to study the influence of the stray capacitors. Experimental results show that the model and method are effective.
