中文摘要近年来,全世界范围内发生了多次电力系统大停电事故,给社会经济带来了巨大损失。研究表明,大停电事故多是由连锁故障引起,且连锁故障的发展有一定的共性。本文基于对以往发生的各种事故的分析和总结,从寻找系统中重要断面及关键线路的角度出发,研究了导致发生电网连锁故障灾变的机理和对系统连锁故障的预防措施,为提高系统运行可靠性提供了参考。运用EUROSTAG软件在IEEE39节点系统中进行的仿真计算验证了本文的研究结论。; Large-scale blackouts of electrical power systems have been occurring from time to time around the world.With the development of deregulation in power market,such a failure will often lead to considerable social,political and economical loss.Due to the complexity of the blackouts,many questions still remain unanswered.As there are no available solutions to prevent blackouts,which are usually caused by a complex sequence of cascading events,an alternative strategy is to minimize the impact of further disturbances.Analysis of recent disturbances reveals some common threads among them,leading to a conclusion that some disturbances can be prevented.This paper introduces the present research status of power system cascading failure both at home and abroad,and attempts to study and analyze the mechanism of cascading failure from the point of view of important cross-sections and pivotal lines.In this paper,IEEE 39-bus system is used for simulation using EUROSTAG.Necessary modeling is added,such as system protection modeling,to investigate different phenomena of cascading failures.Corresponding preventive measures are given from the simulation results.The study provides reference for cascading failure research in the future.; 国家重点基础研究专项经费项目(2004CB217904); 国家自然科学基金重点资助项目(50323002)
