中文摘要 | 为了分析转子偏心对大型凸极同步发电机主保护不平衡电流的影响,提出了以"电磁场—多回路结合法"进行研究的思路,该分析方法将大型凸极同步发电机转子偏心问题分解成体现发电机外部特性的电压方程求解与体现内部特性的电磁参数计算的2个问题。建立了转子偏心凸极同步发电机的多回路数学模型,并采用电磁场有限元法计算了转子偏心下的电磁参数。在一台12极、3kW转子偏心的凸极同步发电机实验样机上进行了空载和带三相电阻负载实验,将实验结果与仿真结果进行对比,结果验证了数学模型和数值解法的正确性。; To analyze the effects of the rotor eccentricity on the unbalanced current of the large salient-pole synchronous generator main protection,a model combining finite element method(FEM)with multi-loop method is proposed.This method can be divided into two parts:one is the solution of the voltage equations which express the generator external characteristics,and the other is the calculation of the electromagnetic parameters which present the internal characteristics.A multi-loop model regarding the stator branch as basic loop with eccentricity is set up and the electromagnetic parameters of the model are calculated using 2D FEM.The eccentricity ratio is varied on a 3 kW,12-pole salient-pole synchronous generator under no-load operation and under three-phase symmetrical resistance load.Simulation and experimental results coincide each other,which validates that the analysis method can be used to simulate the rotor eccentricity for the salient-pole synchronous generator. |
