| 中文摘要 | 静止同步补偿器在系统不对称和系统电压突降等异常工况下,需要快速有效地保证装置自身的安全,同时要能够安全、有效地发挥应有的作用。国家电网公司攻关项目——上海西郊变±50MV?A STATCOM将采用链式逆变器。针对系统异常工况,该文为链式STATCOM设计了反故障动态控制策略,包括系统电压突变控制以及不对称控制,其中不对称控制策略包括了不对称矢量控制和分相控制二种方法。仿真结果表明,系统电压突变控制能够使链式STATCOM抵御50%系统电压突然下降,而所设计的不对称控制解决了链式STATCOM在不对称工况下的安全运行问题。在链式STATCOM物理样机上的实验结果表明所设计的反故障动态控制策略能够在保证装置自身安全的同时使STATCOM发挥应有作用。; Under abnormal conditions of power-grid, such as sudden under-voltage fault and unbalance system voltages, the static synchronous compensator (STATCOM) should not only ensure the self safe-operation but also make contribution to the system stability. A �MV?A STATCOM using cascade multilevel inverters to projected to be installed at Xijiao substation in Shanghai. This paper presents the anti-fault dynamic control strategies for cascade-inverters based STATCOM. A feed-forward control method is proposed to meet the sudden under-voltage fault. Two unbalance control methods, asymmetry vector control and single-phase control, are proposed for the conditions of unbalance system voltages. The simulation results show that a safe operation of the STATCOM is achieved even when the power system voltage suddenly descends down to 0.5 pu. The simulation results also demonstrate that the proposed asymmetry control strategy ensure STATCOM operate safely under unbalance system voltages. The experimental results on the laboratory prototype verified that the anti-fault dynamic control strategy is feasible to make the STATCOM ensure the self safe-operation and stable the power system at the same time under abnormal conditions. |
