中文摘要论文首先介绍了切换系统的一般原理,随后基于该原理,根据不同控制目标将电网无功/电压优化控制分解为两个子系统的协调优化控制器设计问题。为此分别建立了各子系统的优化控制模型,设计了子系统间的切换机制;进一步构建了基于切换系统的电网无功/电压多目标优化控制系统,提出一种无功/电压优化控制新算法。该算法成功投运于深圳电网。现场运行测试结果表明,所提出的控制策略可显著提高电网的静态电压运行水平,并有效降低系统网络损耗。; A practical voltage / VAR optimal control strategy based on the switched system theory has been proposed in this work.According to the different control objectives,voltage / VAR optimal control problem could be decomposed into two subsystems: to improve the voltage quality and to reduce the total line loss.The mathematical optimal control model for each subsystem as well as the inter-switch rule between them are detailed,thus the complete voltage / VAR control algorithm can be established.The proposed control algorithm has been implemented in the power grid of the Shenzhen,which is a typical urban power grid in China.The results of the field test show that the proposed control strategy can significantly improve the static voltage quality of the power system,and effectively reduce the network losses at the same time.; 国家自然科学基金资助项目(50595411); 高校博士学科点专项基金资助项目(2007003152)
