中文摘要微型涡轮机是一低排放微型燃气轮机系统,由其组成的微型涡轮发电机组可广泛应用于分布式电站、冷热电联产以及混合电动汽车等领域。为对涡轮机组进行性能试验研究,将涡轮发电机组与油耗仪、外接电池组和负载组成试验系统,通过微型涡轮机数字功率控制器—DPC(负责控制发电机功率)用户维护串口,在Modbus协议基础上,采用VC++多线程串口类开发了基于Windows监控程序,对涡轮机运行状态,功率,油耗,输出电压等参数进行实时监控,并记录实时数据。实际运行表明系统通讯可靠控制良好。; Micro-turbine, a micro gas turbine (MGT) electricity-generating system with low emission, can be widely used in the fields, such as distributed power station, combined cooled heated and power(CCHP), and hybrid electric vehicle. In order to study the performance of mi-cro-turbine, the experimental system composed of micro-turbine, oil exhaust meter, power battery pack and load is designed. According to Modbus protocol, through the standard RS-232 serial port for customer maintenance on digital power controller(DPC) unit in the micro-tur-bine, in charge of controlling output electric power, Windows-based monitoring software with multi-thread serial communications port class by using Visual C++ language, is programmed to monitor and control the performance status of micro-turbine and record the acquisition da-ta such as power, oil cost and output voltage on real time.
