| 中文摘要 | 文章采用改进的直接PWM法编写SPWM控制软件,在C51单片机上实现UPS电源的SPWM控制,并用或逻辑门电路实现单片机的复位。通过IR2110驱动芯片在MOSFET组成的逆变桥上实际调试与应用,结果表明,互补的两路PWM控制信号其间隔完全能保证所需的死区时间,输出波形谐波分量小,而且电路简单,易于实现闭环反馈与控制,对产生载波比较高的SPWM控制有较好的实用性。; Employing the algorithm of our improved direct pulse width modulation(PWM),we carry out the sine-PWM(SPWM) control software based on a C51 microcontroller applied in an uninterruptible power supply(UPS).The problem of reset is solved by using transistor-transistor logic(TTL) gates.This makes the control system generate the signals simply.In the research of dc-ac converter controlled by IR2110 drive chips,the result reveals that the interval between two supplementary SPWM signals can ensure the dead time,and the harmonic waves are very small. The advantage of the present method is to produce the high-frequency SPWM signals.Meanwhile,a part of the controlling circuit is very simple and can be easily developed into a closed-loop feedback system. |
