中文摘要通过X射线衍射,DSC和交流阻抗等测试方法研究了镉掺杂Bi_2VO_(5.5)的结构,相变和电性能。由于Cd~(2+)的半径与V~(5+)和Bi~(3+)的半径都比较接近,所以在合成BICDVOX体系时假设了两种模型:Bi_2V_(1-x)Cd_xO_(5.5-3/2x)(x=0.05,0.075,0.10,0.125,0.15)和Bi_(2-x)VCd_xO_(5.5-1/2x)(x=0.10,0.20)。XRD和DSC分析表明了这两种模型可能同时存在。根据交流阻抗谱的结果,当x=0.10时,具有较高的电导率,这归因于此成分使高电导的四方相可以稳定到室温。; The structure,phase transition and electrical conductivity of the fast ion conducting system BICDVOX,cadmium-doped Bi_2VO_(5.5),were investigated by using X-ray powder diffraction,DSC,and Ac impedance spectroscopy.Two models,Bi_2V_(1-x)Cd_xO_(5.5-3/2x) (x=0.05,0.075,0.10,0.125,0.15)and Bi_(2-x)VCd_xO_(5.5-1/2x)(x=0.10,0.20),were given to synthesize these materials,due to the size of the ion radius of cadmium being close to that of vanadium and bismuth.The results of XRD and DSC show the two models maybe all exist.When x=0.10 the composition of the first model was found to have higher ionic conductivity by ac impedance spectroscopy,which is attributed to the stabilized tetragonal phase.; 国家自然科学基金项目(50232020、50572042)资助
