中文摘要为了研究连续可变凸度(CVC)热轧机支承辊的接触疲劳机理,用有限元法分析了其表面滚滑动接触应力。所建立的有限元模型由刚体板、工作辊和支承辊组成。利用刚体板将工作辊辊面位移载荷施加于两轧辊组成的弹性系统,并通过刚体板平动和组合使用弹簧单元与梁单元实现了辊间的三维滚滑动接触。结果表明,最大压应力轴向分布呈S形,原辊形会引起接触应力集中。用Loren tz曲线代替倒角优化了辊形,使H ertz接触应力降低到0.58~1.36 GPa之间,表面层的稳定循环变形在弹性范围内,从而避免了宏观疲劳失效的过早形成。; A 3-D finite element model of the rolling-sliding contact was used to calculate the contact stress to clarify the rolling contact fatigue mechanism in the back-up roll for continuously variable crown(CVC) hot rolling mills.The model included a rigid plate with the same width as the rolled plate added to the elastic system including the work roll and the back-up roll.The rigid plate provided vertical displacement loading to the elastic system,with the rolling-sliding contact between the work roll and the back-up roll implemented through translation of the regid plate and the combined application of spring and beam elements. The calculated results indicate that the axial distributions of the maximum contact pressure have an "S" shape.Stress concentration is induced by the original profile of the backup rolls,which was optimized with a Lorentz curve so that the Hertz contact stress is reduced to(0.58)~(1.36 GPa.) The steady cyclic state of deformation in the surface layer is entirely elastic.Consequently,macroscopic surface fatigue failure can not occur early in the rolling contact fatigue failure life.; 国家教育振兴计划项目(091107049)
