中文摘要采用固相法进行La2O3和Nb2O5两种施主添加剂复合掺杂(Ba1-xLa2x/3)(Ti1-xNb4x/5)O3陶瓷改性研究.研究结果表明,La-Nb双施主掺杂(Ba1-xLa2x/3)(Ti1-xNb4x/5)O3陶瓷烧结体晶相为准立方相.当x=0.05时,陶瓷烧结体内存在Ba6Ti17O40富钛的第二相.当x>0.2时,Ba3La3Ti5Nb5O30固溶体作为第二相析出.随着La-Nb双施主掺杂剂掺量的增加,晶粒尺寸减小,介电常数下降,介电常数随温度变化率降低,表现明显的移峰、展峰作用.; The influence of Lanthanum-Niobium donor-dopants' concentrations on microstructure evolution and dielectric properties was investigated for the ceramics with compositions of (Ba_ 1-x La_ 2x/3 )(Ti_ 1-x Nb_ 4x/5 )O_ 3 ( 0.05 x 0.3 ). The samples were prepared by the solid-state reaction method. The crystal structures of solid solutions were pseudocubic for all samples.In the case of low donor-dopants' concentration, secondary titanium-rich phase occured. With the increase of donor-dopants' concentration, Ba_ 3 La_ 3 Ti_ 5 Nb_ 5 O_ 30 solid solutions became main secondary phases. Grains size decreased and the dielectric permittivity droped significantly with the increase of donor-dopants' concentrations.; 国家863计划(2003AA32G030); 973计划(2002CB613306)
