| 中文摘要 | 目的:测定内消瘰疬片中柚皮苷的含量。方法:高效液相色谱法。AlltechC18色谱柱,乙腈-水(0.2%磷酸)溶液(23:77);检测波长为283nm。结果:柚皮苷在0.052～0.52μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997)。平均回收率99.79%(n=6,RSD=1.52%)。结论:操作简便、结果准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。; Objective:To determine the content of Naringin in Neixiao Luoli Pian.Method:It was assayed by HPLC.The column was Alltech C18,the mobile phase was acetonitril-water(0.2%orthophosphoric acid)(23:77).The UV detection wavelength was 283nm.Results:There was a good liner relationship within the concentration range of 0.052～0.52μg of Naringin(r=0.9997).The average recovery was 99.79%(n=6,RSD=1.52%).Conclusion:Results obtained showed that it's a reliable and accurate method for the quality control of Neixiao Luoli Pian. |
