| 中文摘要 | 目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定消炎解毒丸中咖啡酸含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Allsphere ODS(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水(18:3:79),检测波长为323nm,柱温为25℃。结果:咖啡酸进样量在0.01504～0.15040μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998);平均回收率为97.14%,RSD=0.98%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好,可用于消炎解毒丸的质量控制。; OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of caffeic acid in Xiaoyan jiedu pills.METHODS:The sample was determined by HPLC on Allsphere ODS at a cloumn temperature of 25 ℃.The mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-water(18:3:79) at a UV detection wavelength of 323 nm.RESULTS:There was a good liner relationship within the concentration range of 0.015 04～0.150 40 μg for caffeic acid(r=0.999 8).The average recovery was 97.14%(RSD=0.98%,n=6).CON-CLUSION:The established method is simple,accurate,reproducible and applicable for the quality control of Xiaoyan jiedu pills.; 国家科技支撑计划子课题(2006BAI08B04-01) |
