中文摘要本文根据长江城陵矶上下河道的历史冲淤情况 ,分析和讨论了有关单位对三峡工程建成后本段冲淤研究成果的合理性。特别讨论了城陵矶至汉口段的冲淤情况和三峡工程对长江中游防洪能力的影响。三峡蓄水拦沙后 ,荆江将发生较大冲刷 ,这是否导致城陵矶以下河道淤积是问题的关键。有关研究认为 ,本河段将会有较大冲刷 ,从而大量增加洞庭湖的防洪能力。但分析发现这些成果存在很多矛盾。根据其城陵矶以上大量冲刷的结果 ,城陵矶以下应该淤积。这对长江中游防洪形势将产生不利影响。本文主要提出了问题 ,望得到更多关注和研究 ,以利于科学规划长江中游的防洪建设。; The early studies on the river deformation of a specific reach in the middle Yangtze River(MYR) after the impoundment of the TGR are discussed in this paper. The reach from the outlet of Dongting Lake to Wuhan City is of key importance for the flood control capacity of MYR. This reach is in turn controlled by the tendency of sediment deposition. In the past decades, this reach has been for times deposited by the sediment scoured from its upstream reach named Jingjiang and flood levels here have thus been substantially raised. After the impoundment of TGR, clearer flows released will scour the Jingjiang seriously. The said studies revealed, however, a trend of scouring the reach from Dongting to Wuhan. According to data from historical records and from the said studies, many envidences are found that it does not support this conclusion.
