中文摘要目的评价彩色多普勒超声与多层螺旋CT在急诊主动脉夹层动脉瘤诊断中的临床价值。方法对应用彩色多普勒超声与多层螺旋CT检查诊断的42例主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者进行总结分析。结果经超声与多层螺旋CT检查诊断的主动脉夹层动脉瘤分别为39例和42例,超声漏诊率7.14%,破裂口分别为4例和26例,附壁血栓分别为12例和7例。真假腔和内膜分离是本病最可靠的诊断依据,血流分隔现象、动脉扩张和管腔内血栓等具有重要的辅助诊断价值。结论彩色多普勒超声与多层螺旋CT检查对急性主动脉夹层动脉瘤的诊断及治疗方案选择具有重要的临床价值。; Objective To evaluate the valve of color Doppler echocardiography and multialice spiral CT in diagnosing acute aortic dissecting aneurysm.Methods Forty-two cases with acute aortic dissecting aneurysm were analysed by color Doppler echocardiography and multialice spiral CT.Results The coincidence rate of color Doppler echocardiography with multialice spiral CT diagnosis of aortic dissecting aneurysm were 39 and 40,breach were 4 和 26,intra luminal thrombosis were 12 and 7,respectively.True lumen from false lumen and separation of intimae was the most reliable criteria for diagnosis.The phenomenon of blood flow separation,artery dilation,intra luminal thrombosis and so on were able to assist its diagnosis.The chief symptom of this disease is paroxysmal chest and back ache,usually going with the medical records of high blood pressure and coronary heart disease.Conclusions Color Doppler echocardiography and multialice spiral CT is benefitial to acute aortic dissecting aneurysm diagnosis and treatment planning.
