中文摘要目的:研究非诺贝特对单核细胞以及外膜血管增生的抑制作用。方法:把仔猪12头的24支冠状动脉制成冠脉气囊损伤支架置入模型,然后分为非诺贝特组和对照组,使用血管内超声、电镜等仪器,并采用病理组织学等方法进行观察。结果:1支架置入后第3d的单核细胞的浸润:非诺贝特组明显少于对照组;2支架置入第28d的冠脉内腔面积,血管面积:非诺贝特组的血管面积明显大于对照组(7.05±0.43∶6.32±0.24,P=0.035),内腔面积也明显大于对照组(5.95±0.76∶4.76±0.37,P=0.040);3血管重构指数,内膜肥厚:非诺贝特组的血管重构指数明显大于对照组(1.13±0.45∶0.75±0.47,P=0.032)。但是内膜肥厚的面积却明显小于对照组(1.10±0.45∶1.95±0.43,P=0.042);4支架置入28d后的外膜新生血管情况:非诺贝特组明显小于对照组(3.20±0.11∶7.01±0.23,P=0.038)。结论:非诺贝特对猪冠状动脉气囊损伤支架置入模型早期的单核细胞以及外膜血管增生具有抑制作用,从而阻止了收缩性血管重组的形成。; Objective:To investigate the inhibition effect of fenofibrate on monocyte and extima vascular proliferation.Methods:The 24 branchs coronary of 12 pigs were manufactured into coronary stent models complicated balloon injury and divided into fenofibrate (F) group and control (C) group.The changes were detected by intravascular ultrasound,electroscope and histopathology.Results:After 3 days of stent implanted, the involvement of monocyte in F group was obviously lower than that in C group.The area of intralumen and vessel in F group was significantly bigger than those in C group,after 28 days of stent implanted (5.95±0.76∶4.76±0.37,P=0.040; 7.05±0.43∶6.32±0.24,P=0.035,respectively).The vessel remodeling indexes in F group was bigger than that in C group(1.13±0.45∶0.75±0.47,P=0.032), otherwise the area of intima proliferation in F group was less than that in C group (1.10±0.45∶1.95±0.43,P=0.042). The quantitative results of extimal neo-vessel after 28 days of stent implanted in F group was less than that in C group(3.2±0.11∶7.01±0.23,P=0.038).Conclusion:Fenobrate suppress the formation of systolic angiogenesis by the inhibition of early stage monocyte penetration and extima vessel proliferation on the porcine coronary stent model complicated balloon injury.
