| 中文摘要 | 目的分析医院血液透析常见操作问题,为形成护理操作标准化研究打下了基础。方法首先对血液透析前中后3个阶段常见操作问题进行分析,然后根据科学管理原理与方法开展血液透析常见操作问题标准化研究。结果形成了血液透析常见操作问题标准及规范,降低了穿刺部位出血的发生率,提高了护理质量,保障了护理安全,病人满意率增加。结论标准化研究有利于护理操作标准形成及有效的控制血液透析常见操作问题。; Objectives To analyze frequent manipulative questions in blood dialysis in hospitals and make a basis for forming nursing manipulative standardization.Method First the paper analyzed the frequent question in the three phases fore-and-aft blood dialysis,and then on the basis of scientific management principles and methods,it carried out standardization study on frequent manipulative questions in blood dialysis.Results A standard and criterion for blood dialysis manipulative frequent questions is developed.Puncture part bleeding rate is decreased.Nursing quality is improved,nursing safety is ensured and so patients become more satisfactory with the service.Conclusion Standardization study is good for the formation of nursing manipulative criterion and effectively control frequent problems in blood dialysis manipulation. |
