| 中文摘要 | Monte Carlo(MC)方法由于很好的灵活性和较高的精度被广泛应用于光在组织迁移问题的研究中。运用该方法,对第一类荧光分子断层成像系统中激发光的传播规律进行了研究。经过MC模型的建立与仿真,得到了均一圆柱仿体媒质中各探测器接收光强与仿体半径的关系。研究结果表明,成像系统各探测器接收到的光强对于入射光源成良好的空间对称性。各探测器接收光强与圆柱仿体半径呈指数衰减关系。; Monte Carlo(MC) method is widely used in the research of photon migration in biological tissues because of its good flexibility and high accuracy.In this paper,we investigated the principle of excitation photon migration in the first type of the Fluorescence Molecular Tomography(FMT) system.By setting up MC model and simulation,we figured out the relationship between the received photon intensity of each detector and the radius of the homogeneous cylinder media in the system.The simulation result showed good spatial symmetry of the received intensity of each detector with the excitation light.The received intensity was proved to decrease exponentially with the radius of the cylinder media.; 国家自然科学基金资助项目(30670577,60571013); 清华-裕元基金; 国家重点基础研究发展(973)计划(2006CB705700); 国家高技术研究发展(863)计划(2006AA020803); 博士点基金 |
