中文摘要	目的探讨术前术后康复训练对原发性冻结肩患者微创术后肩关节功能的影响。方法将28例原发性冻结肩微创手术患者随机分为康复训练组(15例)和对照组(13例),对照组患者术后实行常规康复指导与训练,康复训练组从术前4周至术后24周按原发性冻结肩微创手术康复计划进行康复训练,采用Constant-Murley评分进行功能评估。结果两组患者术前第28天和术前第1天肩关节功能评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第14天、第84天和第168天,康复训练组肩关节功能评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对原发性冻结肩的病程,设计科学、安全、有效的术前术后康复计划,并依照计划对患者进行系统的康复训练,可明显改善患者肩关节功能,提高患者康复训练依从性。; Objective To explore the influence of rehabilitation exercise on function of shoulder joint of patients with idiopathic frozen shoulder undergoing minimally invasive surgery. Methods Twenty-eight subjects were randomly divided into the rehabilitation exercise group (n=15) and the control group (n=13). The control group were offered conventional rehabilitation guidance and training, and the rehabilitation exercise group were offered the rehabilitation training designed for such patients from 4 weeks before to 24 weeks after the surgery. Then an assessment was made of the function by means of Constant-Murley scoring. Results The scores for the joint function of the two groups on the 28th and 1st days before the surgery had no statistical significances (P>0.05), while the scores of the rehabilitation exercise group on the 14th, 84th and 168th days after the surgery were significantly higher than those for the control group, the differences being statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Scientific, safe and effective rehabilitation exercise designed in light of the course of the disease can markedly improve the patient's shoulder joint function and increase their compliance to the training.
