中文摘要为了提高CAPP系统的实用性、柔性和动态适应性,提出了一种混合决策的CAPP系统体系结构。利用基于特征匹配和特征属性匹配的两级实例检索方法,得到实例库中与待加工零件最相似已有零件的加工特征排序和加工方法。为了进一步得到符合车间生产条件的工艺计划,研究了计算机辅助工艺规划和生产计划与控制系统集成过程中出现的加工资源选择问题,并利用BP神经网络以及相关算法实现了二者集成过程中的加工资源决策,以提高CAPP系统的动态适应性。结果表明:综合利用实例检索和加工资源动态决策的方法,既可以保持CAPP系统的实用性,又可以提高CAPP系统的柔性和动态适应性。通过实例,详细介绍了基于混合策略的动态工艺规划系统的工作机制。; In order to improve practicability,flexibility and dynamic adaptability of CAPP system,system architecture of CAPP based on hybrid decision-making was presented,manufacturing feature sequence and manufacturing operation of the old parts in the case library were obtained by the two-stage case searching, including manufacturing feature match and its attributes match.For the sake of gaining process plans in accord with workshop production conditions,manufacturing resource decision was studied in the process of integrating computer aided process planning and production plan and control system,and it was resolved by use of BP neural network and the relevant algorithm to improve the dynamic adaptability of CAPP.It was shown that the hybrid decision-making which includes case search and dynamic decision -making of manufacturing resource not only retains the practicability of CAPP but also improves its flexibility and dynamic adaptability.Based on an illustrative example,the work mechanism of dynamic CAPP based on hybrid decision-making was described.; 国家自然科学基金(60474060); 国家“863”高技术计划(2001AA411130)资助项目
