中文摘要研究了一类流水作业质量检验的机床组合问题.工件的加工采用流水作业形式,加工过程包含若干个操作,各操作分别在其对应的机床上进行,并由对应的质量检验设备进行检验操作结果是否满足要求.对应每一工序可能存在多台候选机床,这些机床具有相同的加工功能,但加工代价和缺陷品率不同.在不同机床组合下,工件的净收益期望值不同,最优组合定义为使得工件的净收益期望值为最大的组合.给出了一种求解最优组合的算法.; The problem of the combination of machines for flow shop quality inspection is studied in this paper.The part is to be processed in the form of flow shop and the manufacturing process consists of several operations.Each operation is to be completed on its corresponding machine and the corresponding quality inspection facility is applied to check the operation result.For each stage,there may exist multiple candidate machines which have the same manufacturing function but differ in the manufacturing cost and defective rate.The expectation of net income differs under different combinations of machines and the optimal combination is defined as the one which maximizes the expectation of net income.An algorithm is given to find the optimal combination.; 国家973计划(2002CB312200)
