中文摘要针对电力系统的强非线性特征及其运行过程中易受扰动的特点,采用基于系统辨识的自适应控制方法,通过选取合适的线性模型对典型的电力系统进行线性化处理,研究了对一般最小二乘法的改进,并结合最优自适应控制方法,设计出一种新型的最优自适应电力系统稳定器。在单机—无穷大系统中将其与传统的电力系统稳定器分别进行仿真。结果表明,在系统受到多种扰动时,这种最优自适应电力系统稳定器都能够有效地抑制低频振荡,使系统迅速恢复稳定运行,从而显示出了该最优自适应电力系统稳定器的设计具有理论研究和实际应用价值。; Considering the strong nonlinear characteristics of the power system and its disturbance prone suffered,an effective power system stabilizer is designed.This power system stabilizer has made use of adaptive control method based on system identification algorithm.By choosing a proper model to linearize the typical power system,and doing research on improvements of normal least-squares algorithm,combined with optimal adaptive control method,a new optimal adaptive power system stabilizer(OAPSS) is obtained.Moreover,a contrastive simulation between the OAPSS and a conventional PSS is carried out on a single machine infinite-bus power system.The experimental results have strongly illustrated that the OAPSS can restrain the low-frequency oscillating effectively and stabilize the power system quickly when the system suffered from those familiar disturbances.In this way,the design of this OAPSS has theoretical and practical values.; 国家自然科学基金(60474026、60672110)
