中文摘要自行设计了可直接测量成品集热管夹层真空状况的装置,对集热管夹层内真空度进行测量,并验证了该装置的可靠性。利用该真空开管装置分析了使用不同吸气剂的集热管内残余气体的情况。; The vacuum degree between the cover and inner glass tube plays a very important role in heat loss and the life time of all-glass evacuated collector tube.The special apparatus connected to the high vacuum system has been constructed for opening normal collector tubes that had not been needed to set up a special device for gas analysis in advance.The vacuum degree between the cover and inner glass tube were calculated and proved to be reliable.Concerning the tubes of various usage situations and different kinds of getters,the composition of the residual gas were measured by electronic control unit(ECU) and discussed as well.; 国家自然科学基金(50706022); 国家高技术发展计划(863)项目(2007AA05Z429)
