中文摘要	本文对高校毕业生国家助学贷款还款违约情况进行了分析,根据造成毕业生还贷违约的原因而将违约情况分为“缺乏时间观念、遗失贷款文件却不主动查询还款信息、还款能力不足、缺乏诚信意识的恶意违约以及利息调整造成违约”,并针对每种情况提出相应的解决对策。; This article mainly analysis the situation of default in returning the State's students Loan for Study Assistance in China.The reasons that cause the situation can be concluded into five kinds: some students.1)were weak in the consciousness of time.2)lost the files for loans and did not try to find out relative information about returning loans.3)were shortage of ability for returning loans.4)were weak in consciousness of confidentiality and trust.5)did not learn the information about rates fluctuation.On the base of analysis above,this article tries to find countermeasure for each kind of default in returning loans
