| 中文摘要 | 论文对快速城市化下的一类特殊社区—"转型社区"进行研究,探讨其社区转型的合理模式。研究首先从"转型"出发,引出"转型社区"概念。分析此类社区由"内生"向"外生"转型的变化,指出其"积累体制"的改变。之后,对社区转型路径进行分析,从"机械团体"与"有机团体"、"行政化"与"自治化","社会成本"与"社会福利"等3个纬度探讨转型的目标、途径及其社会效能。最后,指出社区转型的路径在于转变观念,推行渐进、多元模式,"有所为有所不为"的实现社区转型。; This paper examines the transition of so-called transitional community' under high-speed urbanization in Chinese cities.It argues that transitional community witnesses a change from endogenous to exogenous development,indicating the restructuring of the accumulation regime of the community.It argues that the transition is debated along the lines of mechanical community' and organic community',governance' VS self-management',social cost' VS social welfare'.Accordingly,it concludes that the transformation of the transitional community should undertake a gradual and diversified strategy.; 国家自然科学基金重点项目(40435013); 国家自然科学基金项目(40471039); 广东省自然科学基金项目(06300105); 中山大学“百人计划”项目(3171310) |
