A contention result that satisfies both sides relies on a legislative mechanism that embodies inspiration with restriction. Therefore, open administration and shared information shall be legislated and effective planning censorship designed, and meanwhile, important issue shall build hearing of witness and explanation system to construct urban planning implementa- tion prediction system. |
