| 中文摘要 | 在决定城市设计实践效果的各种因素中,制度环境以及城市设计本身的制度安排起着至关重要的作用。然而,城市设计活动的独特个性表明,现代城市设计自诞生之初,其内部就隐含着制度建设的各种悖论。发达国家的城市设计制度建设已有几十年的历史,这些制度的执行和运作并不象想象中那样完善和光鲜,特别是设计控制和审查制度,直到今天仍不断遭受着来自各方的非议。论文剖析了城市设计制度建设中的十大争议主题,为完善我国的城市设计管理提供一些新思考。; In the various factors determining the effect of urban design practice, the institutional envi-ronment and urban design institutions are especially crucial. However, the unique character of urban de-sign activities shows that there are lots of inner para-doxes in urban design institutions since the birth of modern urban design. Many developed countries have decades of history of institutional construction in the field of urban design. The operation and implementa-tion of their urban design institutions, especially de-sign control and design review, is not as perfect as imagined and continues to suffer criticism from dif-ferent sides to this day. This paper analyses the 10 major controversial subjects of urban design institu-tions in order to provide some new thinking on how to improve China’s urban design administration.; 国家自然科学基金资助项目(50578088) |
